The annual Parrot Head Festival is a weekend in paradise! Friday and Saturday celebrate with Jimmy Buffett cover bands, contests, prizes, parties, and more! Sunday, the day kicks off with pond-skimming, followed by the famous Key-lime pie-eating contest. Don't forget the Bust 'n' Burn moguls competition, Sunday River's signature event. Up to 200 of the best (and worst) amateur bump skiers in the East battle head to head for grand prizes and bragging rights.

Brookside Condominiums

Brookside offers deluxe studio and one or two bedroom units located next to the beginner Roadrunner Trail, just uphill from the White Cap Base Lodge. Each unit features a fully-equipped kitchen, and cable TV with VCR. Two bedroom units also feature a fireplace. Each unit sleeps two people per bedroom and two additional people on a sleeper sofa in the living room. On-site amenities include heated outdoor pool, sauna, hot tub, and common area with fireplace and laundry facilities.
